Behind the Scenes: Three Events that Defined Our 2024

What a year 2024 has been! We've had the privilege of working on some incredible events that really pushed our creative limits and let us do what we do best - creating unforgettable experiences through cutting-edge AV solutions.

Looking back, it's amazing to see how each unique project challenged us to think differently and innovate in new ways. From transforming empty spaces into immersive environments to lighting up stages that left audiences in awe, our team has delivered some truly exceptional work.

Let's dive into some of our favourite projects from 2024 - the ones that got our creative juices flowing and showcased just what's possible when great technology meets expert execution.

SWOT FASHION SHOW,
QUEENS UNIVERSITY, BELFAST

We were delighted to provide sound, visuals, lighting and staging for SWOT's annual fashion show, an event that brought style and substance together while raising critical funds to deliver medical supplies to communities in need.

Our technical setup delivered the perfect backdrop for the runway, featuring a comprehensive lighting rig of 40+ fixtures that created stunning looks throughout the night. We installed a catwalk stage to match the height of the Whitla Hall stage. With sleek black draping, our high-end projector screen stood out, ensuring crystal-clear visuals. A carefully designed PA system provided perfect coverage across the venue, with our experienced technicians managing every detail from setup to strike.

MISSION BUSINESS GROWTH, ULSTER UNIVERSITY, BELFAST

We were proud to support the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry as they unveiled their strategic vision for the next Westminster Government.

Our technical setup featured a striking 5x2.5m LED wall mounted on modular staging, complemented by strategically placed front wash spotlights. Multiple TV screens positioned throughout the room ensured clear visibility for all attendees, while our PA system provided comprehensive audio coverage across the space.

THE BBC COMES TO TOWN, BRAID THEATRE, BALLYMENA

We had the pleasure of working with the BBC on two fantastic events at The Braid Theatre in Ballymena. First up was the exclusive premiere screening of Blue Lights Season 2 in the main theatre. Over in the atrium, we helped BBC Sport create the perfect setup for an in-depth chat between Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill and broadcasting legend Jackie Fullerton.
