We produce conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, AGMs and corporate events for organisations across Belfast and Northern Ireland, at venues including Titanic Belfast, the Europa Hotel, St George's Market, Galgorm Resort in Ballymena and Canal Court Hotel in Newry. We own our sound, lighting, LED video wall and staging stock, and every large build is led on site by full-time AXL staff.

Speech intelligibility is the thing every conference and awards night is actually judged on, and it is the thing venues most often get wrong. We design the system to the room, from a boardroom AGM to a 600-guest gala dinner, using Midas, L-Acoustics, Electro-Voice, Sennheiser and Shure. Every system comes with an engineer who stays with it.
LED video walls

2.9mm LED walls from 2m to 25m wide, bright enough for a ballroom with the lights up. We built dual walls for the NI Chamber Annual Lunch at Titanic Belfast and a 9.5m LED arch for the Festival of Business at St George’s Market, and an operator runs the content on every booking.
Lighting and design

Lighting is what separates a room with a stage in it from an event. We design to the room and the running order, from clean, camera-ready conference lighting to full colour and effect for awards nights and gala dinners, and we bring our own control rather than fighting the house desk.
Rigging, truss and power

Ground support and truss structures that need nothing from the building, plus three-phase distribution we bring and install so your production is not sharing a ring main with the catering. This is what makes large screens possible in ballrooms with decorative ceilings and listed buildings with no rigging points.

Coverage of your event by a photographer who already understands the room, the running order and where the light is, because we lit it.
What comes as standard

We do not drop equipment at a loading bay and leave you to work it out. Every booking includes technical crew for setup, live operation and de-rig. The person operating your show is the person who built it.

Sound, lighting, LED, staging and rigging are all ours. That means we know the condition of it, we can commit to it months out, and we are not passing a sub-hire markup on to you.

We work in the same Northern Ireland venues again and again, from Titanic Belfast and the Europa to Galgorm and Kingfisher Estate. We already know the load-in route, the ceiling height, where the power is and whether the venue permits rigging, which removes most of the risk before we quote.

Our warehouse and crew are in Belfast, and we deliver across all six counties, from Titanic Belfast to Glenpark Estate in Omagh and Canal Court in Newry. Travel is built into the quote up front, never added afterwards.

A significant share of our 300+ events a year are repeat annual events. We keep the show file and the build detail, so year two starts from a working setup rather than a blank page.
