An LED wall changes what a room can do. It is the stage set, the branding, the presentation surface and the sponsor reel all at once, and unlike a projector it doesn't care whether the lights are up or the curtains are open.
We build LED walls for conferences, awards nights, gala dinners, product launches and AGMs in Belfast, Dublin and across Ireland. We design the size to the room, build it, feed it, run the content live, and de-rig it. The processing, the structure, the cabling and the operator all come as part of it.
What we supply

Our panels are modular, which means the wall is built to the room rather than the room being worked around the wall. Standard configurations run from 2m × 2m up to 15m wide, and we regularly build long-format walls up to 25m wide for stage backdrops. Columns, side panels, wide 21:9 formats and split configurations for multi-screen stages are all straightforward.

All our stock is 2.9mm pitch. In practice that means text, spreadsheets, logos and video all hold up from around three metres away, which is closer than any of your audience will be sitting. It's the right pitch for corporate content, where people genuinely need to read what's on screen — not just look at it.

Novastar processing, redundant signal paths, and someone from our team running it. Slides, showreels, sponsor loops, walk-on stings, live camera feed, holding graphics between sessions — whatever the running order needs, when it needs it. We take the presentations in advance where we can and check them on the actual wall before doors open.

We stick to a small number of core products and know them properly. The panels, the processing and the switching are the same on every job, which means the crew isn't learning the system on your event.
LED or projection? The honest answer.
Projection still has a place, and we supply it — we run laser projector and fast-fold screens, and for some rooms it's genuinely the better call. But for most corporate events in most Irish venues, LED wins, and it's worth understanding why so you can make the decision rather than accept it.

A projector fights every lumen in the room. Hotel ballrooms have chandeliers the venue won't turn off, conference suites have windows, and any room with an audience needs enough light for people to take notes and for cameras to see faces. An LED wall generates its own light and simply doesn't care. This is the single biggest reason LED has taken over corporate events.

A projector bulb or a projector failure takes your entire screen out. An LED wall is hundreds of independent modules — if one fails, you lose a small square, the show continues, and we swap it at the next break. On a room where the content is the event, that difference matters.

Projection needs throw distance, which means either a long room or a projector hanging in the audience's eyeline. An LED wall is 100mm deep and sits flat against the back of the stage. In a low-ceilinged ballroom that's often the difference between a screen that works and a screen that doesn't.

Very large images on a tight budget, very wide formats where an LED wall would be expensive, blended multi-projector setups across a curved surface, and rooms where the screen needs to fly out of sight between sessions. If that's your event, we'll say so.
Ground-stacked or flown — usually without touching your ceiling
The walls sit on their own stacking bases and legs, or hang from ground-supported truss on lifting towers. Either way, nothing attaches to the building. That's how we get large screens into ballrooms with decorative ceilings, listed buildings and rooms with no rigging points.
Power comes from a three-phase distribution feed we bring and install, so the wall isn't sharing a ring main with the catering. Build time for a typical conference wall is a few hours; a large awards backdrop can be a full day, and we'll often build overnight where the venue only releases the room the evening before.

Room width, ceiling height, guest count and seating layout decide it more than budget does. As a rough guide from events we deliver regularly: a 4m by 2m wall suits a corporate evening event of 150 to 200 guests, a 6m wall suits a 250 to 350 guest awards dinner or AGM, and an 8m by 4m wall suits a large conference or a room where the audience is spread wide. We have built all three: a 4m wall for Built for Better Business at Titanic Hotel Belfast, a 6m wall for the Visit Belfast AGM at the Europa Hotel, and an 8m by 2m wall for NI Chamber Momentum 2026 at Galgorm Resort.

An LED wall is brighter, so it works in rooms with daylight, chandeliers or up-lighting where a projector washes out. It has no bulb, so there is no single component that can fail mid-show and no gradual dimming through a long evening. Nobody walks through the image, because there is no beam. And it reads as a production rather than a meeting room, which matters at an awards night or a launch.
Projection still wins in two situations: very large images where an LED wall of the same size would be disproportionate, and budgets where the screen is a functional necessity rather than part of the look. We will tell you which one your event actually needs.

Pixel pitch is the distance between LED pixels, measured in millimetres. A smaller number means a finer image that stays sharp closer up. It matters when your front row is close to the screen or when you are showing detailed slides, spreadsheets or fine text. It matters less for a wall behind a stage that the nearest guest sits ten metres from.

We have built wide, low walls for conference stages where ceiling height was limited, and taller walls where the room allowed it. We have also run multiple separate walls in one room: three at the Loughmacrory GAA gala dinner at the Great Northern Hotel Bundoran, and two for Movement Conference 2025 at City North Hotel Dublin.

Three things: height, access and power. Height, because the video wall needs to be higher than speakers on stage. Access, because the panels and structure come in on flight cases through whatever door the venue has, and a tight service lift or a flight of stairs changes the build significantly. Power, because the majority of video walls need a three phase power supply and not a standard socket.
We check all three before quoting. If you tell us the venue, there is a good chance we have already worked in it.

Both, depending on the venue. Rigging from truss or existing venue points gives a cleaner look with nothing visible beside the screen, but it depends on the venue having certified rigging points and appropriate load capacity. Ground support is a free-standing structure that needs no venue points and works almost anywhere, at the cost of a visible frame.
Many hotel ballrooms will not permit rigging at all, which is one of the questions we settle at the site visit rather than on the day.

For a single wall in a room with straightforward access, typically a few hours to build, test and run content through. Larger or multi-wall builds usually need a little more time - 5 to 8 hours. De-rig is faster, normally - 2 to 3 hours.
Short windows are workable when the venue allows it. For Movement Conference 2025 at City North Hotel Dublin we installed two LED walls and full stage lighting for 600 attendees inside a seven-hour overnight window.

Yes, and for many events it is the only option, because the room is in use until late the night before. We build overnight regularly. It needs agreeing with the venue in advance, since it affects security, access and sometimes cost on the venue's side as well as ours.

Our LED wall is rated for indoor use only. We focus on delivering over 300 events each year, specialising in awards, corporate events and brand activations.

FAQs - Content and operation

Presentations, video, live camera feeds, sponsor loops, branded holding screens, nominee and winner graphics, animated backdrops and social walls. We take content in standard formats and test everything on our own playback machine before doors open, including embedded video and audio.
If you have no content prepared beyond a logo, say so early. A large wall showing a static logo all evening is the most common way to spend money on an LED wall and get little back from it. We would rather help you plan the content than sell you a bigger wall.

Yes, and this is one of the strongest commercial arguments for an LED wall. Sponsor loops can run between award categories, during the drinks reception, over the meal and behind the stage throughout, with category transitions and sponsor slates running from playback so nobody is switching sources manually.
For many awards and gala organisers, sponsor visibility on the wall is what funds the wall. If you are selling sponsorship packages, tell us before we quote and we will build the content plan around what you have sold.

Winner graphics and nominee videos run from our playback machine, cued by an operator following your running order, so the graphic lands on the announcement rather than several seconds after it. We build the running order with you in advance and rehearse the cues before doors where the schedule allows.
Late files are normal. If a nominee video arrives on the afternoon of the event, we will still take it and test it.

An operator is included on every LED booking. We do not deliver a wall and leave you to run it. The person operating the screen is the same person who built and tested it, and they stay through the event and the de-rig.

Cost depends on the wall size, whether it is rigged or ground supported, the crew and operating time required, and travel to the venue. Rather than a headline figure that changes once we see the room, we quote the whole thing as one line-item document so you can see exactly what each element costs and what would change if the wall got bigger or smaller.

For a single LED wall at a straightforward venue, 4 to 6 weeks? is usually comfortable. For awards season, which in Ireland means September through to December, and for multi-wall or multi-room builds, 12 weeks is safer. Our stock is finite and the busy weeks book out.
We do take shorter-notice bookings. We will tell you honestly at the point of enquiry whether we can crew and kit it properly, rather than taking the booking and working it out afterwards.

Yes. For larger productions we provide a visual layout of the room and stage so you can see the scale of the wall against the space before anything is confirmed. That matters most when you need to get sign-off internally: a drawing of the actual room does more in thirty seconds than a specification document does in ten minutes.

We keep the show file, the layout and the build detail from one year to the next, so the second year starts from a working setup rather than a blank page, even when the venue changes. We deliver more than 300 events a year, and a significant share of them are repeat annual events for the same organisations.
