Team AXL delivered full AV hire and event production in Northern Ireland for a major NI Chamber event at Galgorm Resort & Spa, supporting a busy programme of speakers, panels, and networking across multiple spaces.

With both a main plenary session and additional breakout areas, the setup needed to be scalable, reliable, and easy to use — ensuring a consistent experience for attendees throughout the event.

Main Room AV Setup – Great Hall

In the Great Hall, we installed a full conference AV production setup, centred around an 8m x 2m high-resolution LED video wall, creating a strong visual focal point for presentations, video content, and speaker sessions .

This was supported by a PixelHue 4K video switcher, multiple presentation laptops, a professional clicker system, and a comfort monitor, allowing smooth transitions and confident delivery for all speakers.

We built a full stage using Revostage decking, finished cleanly with stage skirting, along with both a digital lectern and glass lectern, giving flexibility depending on the session format.

Audio & Microphone Setup

Audio was delivered through a professional PA system using EV speakers, controlled via a Midas M32R digital mixing console and DL32 stagebox.

We supplied a full range of microphones including wireless handhelds, headset microphones, and lapel mics, ensuring flexibility for keynote speakers, panels, and Q&A sessions — essential for conference and corporate event production .

Lighting & Stage Design

Lighting was designed to complement the space while maintaining a clean, corporate feel.

We installed LED PAR uplighting across the room, alongside Fresnel stage lighting and LED tube features, creating depth and ensuring speakers were well lit on stage without overcomplicating the look.

Additional Spaces – Renaissance Suite

In the Renaissance Suite, we provided additional AV hire with 65” touchscreen displays and media PCs, supporting breakout sessions and interactive content throughout the event .

This ensured consistency across all areas of the venue, with clear visuals and easy-to-use systems for presenters.

Live Camera & Content Capture

To support content delivery and engagement, we also supplied a live video camera setup, allowing for capture and playback throughout the event — adding another layer to the production without complicating the workflow.

Onsite AV Support

Our team delivered full event production services at Galgorm Resort & Spa, including delivery, setup, live operation, and de-rig. With multiple technicians onsite, we managed audio, visuals, and lighting in real time to ensure a smooth-running event from start to finish.
