Fenergo Leadership Summit 2025

The Fenergo Leadership Summit 2025 took place in the beautiful Great Hall at the Galgorm Resort and Spa, bringing together leaders and teams from across the company for a day of insights, innovation, and connection. Team AXL was onsite to provide full technical support and event production throughout.

Setting the Scene

The Great Hall at Galgorm offers a fantastic backdrop for a corporate event, and this one was all about creating a polished, professional environment that reflected Fenergo’s brand and culture. Working closely with the organisers, we designed and delivered an AV setup that not only looked impressive but performed flawlessly from start to finish.

The Setup

At the heart of the room stood a 5m x 3m LED video wall, flanked by two custom printed graphic panels to complete the stage design. The visuals carried brand content, speaker slides, and video playback, providing a clean and engaging focal point throughout the day.

We built a full staging setup, finished with Fenergo’s signature green wrap, and added a staging surround with matching graphics for a cohesive, branded look. The combination of clean visuals and subtle colour made the space feel both corporate and welcoming.

Our lighting package was designed to wash the stage evenly and create a balanced ambience across the room — bright enough for presentations, but warm enough for networking and discussion.

For audio, we supplied a complete PA system, along with 18 handheld microphones and headset/lapel options to give flexibility for all presenters and panels. Every detail was checked and tested to ensure clear, consistent sound across the room.

Extending the Experience

Beyond the main hall, we helped extend the event branding throughout the venue. Digital signage displays carried key visuals and directional content, while demo stations with interactive video allowed attendees to explore Fenergo’s latest solutions in an engaging, hands-on way.

A Successful Collaboration

It was a pleasure to support the Fenergo team in delivering this year’s Leadership Summit. The event ran smoothly, looked fantastic, and reflected the professionalism of everyone involved.

Since starting out in the AV industry in 2015, I’ve always believed that great events come down to the people behind them. I spent several years freelancing across almost every AV company in Ireland, building experience and understanding what really matters on site. Like many in the industry, COVID brought a pause, but it also gave me the push to refocus and build something of my own.
