Team AXL delivered full AV hire and event production in Ballymena for the NHSCT Trust Chair’s Awards, held at the Leighinmohr House Hotel. The event recognised outstanding staff across the Northern Health and Social Care Trust, bringing together teams for an evening of celebration and acknowledgement.

AV Setup for Awards Event

As a trusted AV company in Northern Ireland, we provided a complete audio visual hire package for Leighinmohr House Hotel, tailored specifically for an awards ceremony.

At the front of the room, we installed a 3m x 2m high-resolution LED video wall, providing a clear and impactful display for award categories, visuals, and presentation content. This was supported by additional 65” display screens to ensure visibility across the room.

A video switching and presentation system allowed smooth transitions between content, helping keep the flow of the evening consistent and professional.

Audio & Microphone Setup

We supplied a full PA system using EV speakers, controlled via a Yamaha DM3 digital mixing console, ensuring clear, even sound coverage throughout the space.

A combination of wireless handheld microphones and a lectern microphone allowed flexibility for presenters, award announcements, and speeches — a key requirement for awards production events .

Lighting & Stage Presentation

Lighting was designed to complement the tone of the event while maintaining a clean, professional look.

We installed LED PAR uplighting and profile spotlights to highlight the stage and lectern area, ensuring presenters were clearly visible while adding warmth to the room. The setup remained simple and effective, supporting the overall atmosphere without distraction.

Onsite AV Support
