Visit Belfast AGM 2025

The Visit Belfast AGM 2025 took place in the Europa Hotel, bringing members and partners together for updates, insights, and discussions on the year ahead. Team AXL were onsite to provide full AV support, ensuring the event looked sharp, sounded clear, and ran smoothly from start to finish.

A Clean, Professional Setup

For the room layout and the style of the event, the focus was on a clear, modern setup that didn’t overpower the space but still delivered everything needed for an effective AGM.

We supplied a 6m x 2.5m LED video wall as the main visual focal point, giving plenty of space for presentations, motion graphics, and speaker content . This was supported by a PixelHue 4K switcher, comfort monitor, countdown timer, and presentation laptops to keep everything moving seamlessly.

The stage was built using Revostage decking, raised on 600mm (video wall riser) and 300mm (presenter stage) legs depending on the section, complete with a tidy stage skirt and a black tempered glass lectern with its own 43” display for branded content.

Lighting & Atmosphere

To shape the room and keep things visually balanced, we installed a lighting package that included 12 LED PAR cans, moving beam washes, LEKO profile spots, and a full set of battery LED tubes. This allowed us to wash the stage cleanly, highlight key areas, and give the room a warm, professional feel without going over the top .

Audio Delivery

For sound, we installed a full PA system built around Electrovoice speakers on stands, supported by a Midas M32R console for clean routing and control.

Microphone options included handhelds, bodypacks, headsets, and a gooseneck lectern microphone, giving the flexibility needed for speakers, panels, and Q&A sessions .

Onsite Support

Our crew handled load-in, setup, operation, and de-rig, with technicians onsite throughout the live sessions to run audio, visuals, and lighting cues .
