Meet the buyer 2025, Kingfisher Estate, Templepatrick

Team AXL were back with NI Chamber this autumn for Meet the Buyer 2025, held at the Kingfisher Estate in Templepatrick. The event brought together local businesses and key buyers for a busy day of networking, introductions, and opportunities. Our team was onsite early to handle all things AV and make sure every space was ready to deliver.

Main Room Setup

The main room was all about creating a professional, branded environment for arrivals and networking rather than traditional presentations. To achieve this, we installed two LED video walls — each 2m x 2m, raised on 1m staging — to display event agendas, sponsor loops, and live updates throughout the day.

To bring the space to life, we added uplighters and LED tubes in complementary tones that matched the Chamber’s branding. A 4x2m stage, built on 300mm legs, provided a clean platform for speakers and announcements, complete with a modern lectern for a polished look.

Breakout Room

In the breakout space, we supplied everything needed to support short presentations and discussions. This included two 75” display screens, a simple two-speaker PA system, microphones, and a wireless clicker for smooth transitions between speakers. The setup kept things straightforward, effective, and easy for presenters to use.

Meet the Buyer Area

The main focus of the event was, of course, the Meet the Buyer sessions. Across the room, we installed three 65” display screens running timers and event information to keep the day running on schedule. The screens were positioned strategically so attendees could easily see time slots and updates from wherever they were.

A Great Day with NI Chamber

The day ran seamlessly, with two of our technicians onsite throughout to manage all AV aspects and ensure everything worked exactly as it should.

Since starting out in the AV industry in 2015, I’ve always believed that great events come down to the people behind them. I spent several years freelancing across almost every AV company in Ireland, building experience and understanding what really matters on site. Like many in the industry, COVID brought a pause, but it also gave me the push to refocus and build something of my own.

Today, I’m focused on growing AXL into one of the leading AV production companies in Ireland. We now deliver AV for over 300 events each year, from smaller corporate meetings to large-scale productions. The aim is straightforward: do the job properly, be dependable, and help clients deliver events they can be proud of.
