Movement Conference 2025, City North Hotel, Dublin
While most of Dublin was still asleep early on Saturday morning, the AXL Audiovisual team was already hard at work. We were quietly transforming a blank venue into a fully immersive conference environment for Movement Conference 2025.
This event brought together 600 attendees from across Ireland for a jam packed program. But before the first guest arrived, our crew had already completed an enormous task: setting up a full-scale audiovisual installation between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. Tight schedules are nothing new in live events, but this one truly tested our planning and teamwork.
Preparation Meets Precision
With a tight access window, there was no room for hesitation. Every flight case, cable and panel had its place in a carefully timed schedule. From the moment we loaded at the warehouse to the final system checks onsite, every step was mapped out with care and attention. Cases were labelled and everyone knew their roles ahead of time.
We supplied and installed:
Two LED video walls to bring visuals to life and ensure every attendee had a clear view of the action.
A purpose-built stage backdrop and lighting design that set the scene for impactful presentations and created an atmosphere to match the event’s energy.
A complete audio and visuals package that delivered crystal-clear sound and sharp, vibrant imagery throughout the venue.
The result was a flawless technical setup completed right on schedule, ready for doors to open without a single compromise on quality.
