Predictive Aircraft Maintenance – The Gibson Hotel, Dublin

Team AXL travelled to The Gibson Hotel in Dublin to support this fantastic event with full event production for their latest corporate showcase. The setup transformed the space into a professional, polished environment that balanced clean visuals with high-quality sound and lighting — exactly what was needed for a multi-day event focused on communication and engagement.

The Setup

At the heart of the production was a 8m x 3m LED video wall, delivering high-resolution visuals for presentations and video playback. The wall was complemented by two 43” presenter comfort monitors across the stage to keep speakers in sync with their content and a countdown timer. A Roland V8 vision mixer and multiple presentation laptops ensured a smooth, reliable flow of visuals throughout.

The stage build featured 8 carpeted Revostage panels at 300mm for presenters and panels and a secondary stage at 600mm to elevate the LED video wall. The setup was completed with black draping, a screen fronted glass lectern, and modern furniture including a sofa, tub chairs, and coffee table for panel sessions and interviews.

Lighting played a big role in shaping the room’s atmosphere. We supplied LED profiles, Jolt Bar FX lighting bars, and moving spots to give flexibility between presentation lighting and more dynamic stage looks. Battery-powered uplighters provided soft ambient tones around the space, and an Avolites Titan console gave precise control throughout the event.

On the audio side, we provided a full L-Acoustics system with subs, fills, and amplification — ensuring consistent coverage and clarity. The setup included a combination of lapel, headset, and handheld microphones for all presenters, managed through a Midas M32r digital console and stagebox for quick switching and reliable control.

Smooth Delivery

Over the course of the three-day event, 5 AXL technicians were onsite throughout to handle delivery, setup, operation, and de-rig. From live show control to subtle adjustments during sessions, our team worked closely with Alive Comms to keep everything running seamlessly.

A Collaborative Success

It was a pleasure to support the PAM team on this project. The combination of creative staging, professional lighting, and robust sound and visuals made for a smart, effective production that looked great both in person and on camera.
