Behind the Scenes: Three Events that Defined Our 2024

What an incredible year 2024 has been! We’ve had the honor of working on some truly remarkable events that pushed our creative boundaries and allowed us to do what we love most—crafting unforgettable experiences with cutting-edge AV solutions.

Reflecting on the past year, it’s inspiring to see how each unique project challenged us to think outside the box and innovate in exciting ways. From transforming blank canvases into immersive environments to illuminating stages that captivated audiences, our team consistently delivered exceptional results.

Join us as we revisit some of our favorite projects from 2024—the ones that sparked our creativity and demonstrated the magic that happens when advanced technology meets expert execution.

WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION SUMMIT, CROWNE PLAZA, BELFAST

This event brought together all of our technical expertise; from combining audio and lighting to set design visuals and even Live streaming the keynote speaker into the room from halfway around the world!

Clear audio and visuals are crucial during a keynote presentation to ensure the speaker’s message is delivered effectively. Poor sound quality or blurry visuals can distract the audience, causing them to focus on technical issues rather than the content being shared. Crisp audio ensures every word is heard, while sharp visuals enhance understanding and engagement, reinforcing key points. Investing in reliable equipment and proper setup demonstrates professionalism and respect for the audience’s experience, allowing the speaker’s message to take centre stage without interruptions. This becomes even more important in hybrid events to ensure that the experience is seamless for both virtual speakers and attendees, incorporating live Q&A sessions as well as a camera allowing the speaker to feel like they are in the room with the audience!

SCIENCE SUMMER SCHOOL, THE BRAID THEATRE, BALLYMENA

Another Highlight of our year was the Science Summer School. Hosted in the Braid theatre, we provided Large projection to match the stunning Visuals that Professor Brian Cox brought, showing some of the fantastic images from the James Webb Telescope.

A 16 ft projection created the perfect backdrop for the day allowing all of the keynotes to be seen throughout the venue. Particularly important for the content of the STEM speakers, who made use of the visuals showing of diagrams and experiments in great detail! Content management and audio technicians were also provided throughout the two events of the day.

CONOR MCLAIN’S ALBUM LAUNCH, ST. COLMS HALL, LONDONDERRY

We provided a full Audio lighting and visuals package to Conor Mclain and his team for the final date of his UK tour in his home venue, the historic St. Colums Hall.

Live Cameras elevated the production of the event, allowing the audience to feel more connected to the stage, this was reinforced by the lighting which transformed the room to match the mood of Conor’s music in each track on the set.
