We produce conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, AGMs and corporate events for organisations across Ireland, at venues including Titanic Belfast, Galgorm Resort, St George's Market, the Europa Hotel and The Gibson Hotel Dublin. We own our sound, lighting, LED video wall and staging stock, and every large build is led on site by full-time AXL staff.

Speech intelligibility is the thing every conference and awards night is actually judged on, and it is the thing venues most often get wrong. We design the system to the room, from a boardroom AGM to a 600-guest gala dinner, using Midas, L-Acoustics, Electro-Voice, Sennheiser and Shure. Every system comes with an engineer who stays with it.

Ground support and truss structures that need nothing from the building, plus three-phase distribution we bring and install so your production is not sharing a ring main with the catering. This is what makes large screens possible in ballrooms with decorative ceilings and listed buildings with no rigging points.

We do not drop equipment at a loading bay and leave you to work it out. Every booking includes technical crew for setup, live operation and de-rig. The person operating your show is the person who built it.

Sound, lighting, LED, staging and rigging are all ours. That means we know the condition of it, we can commit to it months out, and we are not passing a sub-hire markup on to you.

We work in the same venues repeatedly across Belfast and Dublin. We already know the load-in route, the ceiling height, where the power is and whether the venue permits rigging, which removes most of the risk before we quote.
