Team AXL provided full AV production in Belfast for the Belfast Whiskey Week Awards Evening at the Clayton Hotel Belfast, supporting one of the city’s standout hospitality and industry events.
The evening brought together leading brands, distilleries, and industry professionals, so the setup needed to deliver both technically and visually — creating a professional awards environment while maintaining the warmth and atmosphere expected from a whiskey-focused event.
AV Setup for Awards Production
As an experienced Belfast AV company, we delivered a complete audio visual hire package at the Clayton Hotel, designed specifically for awards presentations and live event delivery.
We installed a high-quality L’Acoustics PA system, ensuring clear, consistent sound coverage across the room — essential for speeches, award announcements, and audience engagement. The system was managed through a digital mixing console and stagebox, giving us full control throughout the event.
A black truss lectern with integrated microphone provided a clean focal point on stage, supported by wireless handheld microphones for presenters and guest speakers.
For visual content, we supplied a vision mixer and presentation system, allowing smooth playback of award graphics, sponsor content, and transitions throughout the evening.
Lighting & Stage Design
