Blue Lights Season 2 Premiere, Braid Theatre, Ballymena

Team AXL were delighted to support the Season 2 premiere of Blue Lights at the Braid Theatre in Ballymena in April 2024. The event brought together cast, crew, and invited guests for a special screening followed by a live panel discussion.

The Setup

For the screening, we supplied a 16ft projection screen paired with a 7K laser projector, delivering sharp, cinematic visuals that made full use of the theatre space. It was important that the content looked exactly as intended, and the projection setup ensured a clean, high-quality viewing experience for everyone in the room.

Following the screening, the event moved into a panel discussion. We provided wireless handheld microphones to give flexibility for speakers and audience interaction, keeping everything clear and easy to follow.

Lighting & Support

Lighting was focused on the stage area to ensure the panel was well-lit without taking away from the atmosphere of the theatre. A simple, controlled setup worked best for this type of event — keeping attention on the people and the conversation.

Our technician was onsite throughout the day, managing setup, playback, microphones, and lighting to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

A Great Evening

It was a brilliant event to be part of, and great to see such a strong turnout for a show that has made a real impact locally. A straightforward setup, delivered well, helping create the right environment for both the screening and the discussion that followed.
